Getting started
Find your work and notifications
Use My work and the notification inbox to locate assignments and open their underlying records.
Before you start
Who this is for: Signed-in contributors and program operators with access to My work.
- Select the organization where the assignment was created.
- Assignments and notifications are limited by your role and access.
Follow these steps
Open My work
Choose My work in the main navigation. Review the work visible to you, including tasks and approval-related activity. Open an item to inspect the underlying record before making a decision. A task title is a pointer to the work, not a substitute for its instructions.
Review Notifications
Open Notifications within My work. The inbox shows messages such as assignments, mentions, evidence review updates, policy approvals, and review reminders. Check the organization named above the inbox so you do not confuse notifications from different memberships.
Narrow the inbox
Use All, Unread, or Read and the available notification-type filters. If the inbox appears empty, return to All or use Clear filters before concluding there is no work. Read the linked item's current state because a notification can describe an earlier event.
Complete the underlying action
Follow the link, review the requested scope and due date, and perform the action your role allows. Return to the inbox to manage read status. Marking a notification read acknowledges the message; it does not submit evidence, approve a policy, or finish a task.
What you should see
You can identify the record requiring attention and separate notification status from the work's actual completion.
If something doesn’t look right
An item is missing
Confirm the workspace, clear filters, and ask the assigning person to verify the assignee.
The linked record is unavailable
Your membership or resource scope may have changed. Give an administrator the item title and visible error without copying private evidence into the public support chat.
