Trust Center & questionnaires
Configure and publish a Trust Center
Prepare the public portal's content and access settings, then explicitly make the reviewed page live.
Before you start
Who this is for: Users with Trust Center creation or update permission; publication requires publish permission.
- Agree internally which information and documents may be shared externally.
- Confirm the organization's public identity and security contact details.
Follow these steps
Open the portal designer
Go to Trust > Portal designer. Create the portal through the available setup if none exists, then review its Dashboard and Design areas. Check the company name, public contact information, colors, and other displayed identity fields before preparing the page.
Prepare public content
Use Content to review the supported public statements, certifications, data information, and updates. Publish only statements your organization can support. A linked internal control or recorded certification name should not be treated as permission to disclose every related internal record.
Review documents and access
In Documents, choose Public or Gated deliberately for each uploaded document. Review Settings for manual approval, NDA acceptance, and other access options where relevant. Preview the content and verify that no private operational details were included by mistake.
Go live and verify
Choose Go live when the page and access settings are ready. Confirm the Live state and use View public page to inspect the visitor experience. Use Copy link to share the supplied portal URL. Take offline makes the portal unavailable to visitors while preserving the link for a later return to live status.
What you should see
The portal is deliberately published with reviewed content and access settings, and its public page can be checked.
If something doesn’t look right
Go live is unavailable
Ask an administrator to verify Trust Center publication permission and any displayed setup requirements.
The public link says unavailable
Check whether the portal is Offline and confirm that you copied its current share URL.
A custom domain does not work
Check the saved configuration and required DNS setup with the responsible administrator. Entering a domain in Settings alone does not prove DNS or HTTPS readiness.
